HR insights

Amara AI turns the records you already keep into reports you can act on. It also checks its own hiring scores against how people turned out, and proposes changes for you to approve.

What it does

Reports and the weekly brief

Start the week with a short brief, and open a report when you want the detail.

  • The reports catalog covers hiring, workforce, time and attendance, and performance.
  • Schedule a report with a cadence and recipients. Recipients are limited to members of your practice.
  • A weekly people brief says what happened, what needs you, and one recommended decision.
  • Home shows a ranked list of what needs a person.
  • Owners of several practices get an overview with one card per practice, showing counts only.

Hiring reports

See which channels and which versions of a job post bring in people worth interviewing.

  • Funnel metrics by channel and listing version: views, application starts, applications, qualified, interviews, offers, hires, and retained at 90 days.
  • Conversion per stage and time in stage.
  • Market intelligence shows reported wages by occupation and metro area from the government wage survey, with the release date shown.
  • Local openings and advertised pay that you enter are tagged with their date and freshness.

Workforce, time and performance

Team level views show where the work is getting done and where it is slipping. Scores are advisory. They never move, hide, or reject anyone.

  • Performance analytics show goal attainment by role and period, the distribution of review ratings, and the trend.
  • The training dashboard shows completion rate by course and the overdue list.
  • A work overview shows today planned and completed, a completion heatmap by day and department, and the weekly trend.
  • A team work score from 0 to 100 is shown at team and department level only. There is no ranking of individuals.
  • Exit interviews use structured questions, so themes show up over time.

Score versus outcome learning

Amara AI compares what it predicted at hire with how the person is doing at 30, 60 and 90 days. Scores are advisory. They never move, hide, or reject anyone.

  • At hire, Amara AI stores the match score and the dimension scores.
  • At 30, 60 and 90 days it adds review scores, the attendance score and the performance score.
  • Predicted versus actual is shown as above, on track, below or pending, with an outcome coverage percent.
  • Amara AI correlates the pre-hire dimension scores with the outcomes after hire, and proposes weight changes with the from, the to, the rationale, the sample size and the confidence.
  • These are proposals only. A person approves a change into a new draft version of the profile, and small samples are labelled as such.
  • Learning proposals for listings, pay and benefits are advisory too, each shown with its sample size.

How each score is calculated

Every number shows its weights and its evidence. Scores are advisory. They never move, hide, or reject anyone.
